nLight.fit is an independent product in early access. Every message below reaches the people who actually build the platform - there is no tiered support queue to get lost in.

When writing about a problem in the app, include the approximate time it happened and what you were doing; that is usually enough for us to find the request in the logs.

## Getting started

You do not need to ask. Create a free account at [nlight.fit/app](/app) - a username and a password, no card, no waitlist. Member is $50/year, tax included, and is upgraded from Settings once you are signed in.

Email if you get stuck, or if you want a hand deciding what is worth tracking for the goal you have in mind.

## Security reports

If you believe you have found a security issue, email [austin@nlight.fit](mailto:austin@nlight.fit) with "SECURITY" in the subject line and do not post the details publicly. What the platform protects and how is documented openly on the [security and privacy page](/docs/security); reports that show a gap between that page and reality are exactly the ones we want.

Questions about the API, the MCP server, OAuth, or token management are usually answered by the documentation:
